Order Processing & Shipping Times:

- Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday-Friday): Same-day dispatch for next-day delivery
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon: Processed the following business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday: Shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery
- No deliveries on Bank Holidays

Delivery Service & Costs:
- All deliveries are carried out by Evri
- Next-day delivery service (subject to order timing)
- Tracking available via Evri app
- Standard delivery fee: £6.50
- FREE delivery on orders £65 and over

Important Delivery Instructions:
Due to the perishable nature of our premium meat products, please note:

1. Delivery Address Requirements:
• Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
• Provide sufficient information for the driver to locate your property
• Include any specific delivery instructions if needed

2. If You're Not Home:
• Use the Evri app to:
- Specify a secure delivery location
- Nominate a neighbor to receive your parcel
• These arrangements must be made before delivery attempt

3. Failed Deliveries:
• If delivery cannot be completed, the products will be destroyed due to their perishable nature
• No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or inability to deliver
