Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will typically be processed the following Monday. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Golden Meats LTD accepts no liability for delays caused by Royal Mail or any third-party courier. Once dispatched, delivery timescales are outside of our control.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email. Track your order at royalmail.com/track-your-item. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a delivery is missed, Royal Mail will leave a redelivery card. Items not collected within Royal Mail's specified timeframe may be returned to sender. Re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact support@goldenbiltong.com to arrange redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us at support@goldenbiltong.com with your order number and tracking reference. Royal Mail classifies parcels as lost after 10 working days on Tracked services — we cannot raise a claim before this point. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout
  • Monitor your tracking information after receiving your dispatch confirmation
  • Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs
  • Arrange redelivery promptly to avoid parcels being returned to sender
